Frequently asked questions

How sourcing, quality control, shipping and payment actually work when you procure through CBHC. If your question is not covered here, ask us directly — a specialist replies within one business day.

Do you own the factories, or are you a trading company?

Neither in the usual sense. CBHC is a procurement and project partner: we work with a vetted network of manufacturers across Guangdong and beyond, and we manage the engagement — specification, pricing, quality control and shipping — under one accountable contract with us. You get factory-direct economics without having to manage the factory.

What are typical lead times?

It depends on the product and the season. As a working rule: standard furniture and lighting runs 30–45 days from deposit, made-to-specification building materials 45–60 days, and complex or mixed-container projects 60–90 days. We confirm a production schedule in writing before you commit, and report against it weekly.

How does quality control work?

Inspection is staged, not final-gate only: incoming materials, first-off production, during-production checks, and a pre-shipment inspection against the signed sample and specification. You receive the inspection report — photographs, measurements, defect counts — before anything is loaded. Nothing ships without your release.

Still have a question?

Every project is different, and the honest answer is often "it depends on the specification". Tell us what you are planning and we will give you a straight answer.
